1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions apply when you download or use Dailey. By using the app, you agree to these terms and the applicable rules of Apple App Store or Google Play. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
2. Using Dailey
Dailey is a personal habit tracker. You may use it for lawful personal purposes. Do not interfere with the app, attempt to bypass purchase controls, or use it in a way that violates others' rights. You are responsible for the content you enter and for keeping any exported backup files secure.
Dailey offers reminders and progress information as convenience features. Device settings, permissions, power management, and other factors can affect reminders. Do not rely on the app for safety-critical, medical, or emergency tasks.
3. Dailey Plus purchases
Dailey Plus may be offered as monthly or annual subscriptions or a one-time lifetime purchase. The exact plan, price, billing period, and any trial or offer terms are shown in the app store purchase sheet before you confirm payment. Apple or Google processes payment, and the rules of the store where you buy apply to billing, refunds, and purchase management.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel through the same store before renewal. Deleting Dailey does not cancel a subscription. You can manage or cancel a subscription through Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Access generally continues through the paid period after cancellation, subject to the store's terms.
A lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase for continued access to Dailey Plus features in the app while the app and those features remain available; it is not a recurring subscription. Use “Restore purchase” in the app to recover an eligible purchase on the same store account.
4. Your content
You retain responsibility for the habit names, notes, and other information you enter. Dailey stores this content on your device as described in the Privacy Policy. We recommend exporting a backup where that feature is available if the information matters to you. We cannot recover local data that has been deleted from your device.
5. App availability and changes
We may improve, change, or discontinue app features over time. We aim to keep Dailey available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Purchase rights you have under applicable law and store rules remain in effect.
6. Responsibility and limits
Dailey provides organizational tools and general progress information, not professional advice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided “as is” and we are not responsible for losses caused by unavailable reminders, inaccurate progress, or loss of local data. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app changes. The effective date at the top of this page will show when the current version took effect. Where required, we will give notice of material changes. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms, subject to applicable law.
